Phone or Mail Orders: Mail Order form or please provide the following:

• Name (complete with any special spellings, Billing name for credit/debit card)
• Shipping address with Zip Code (UPS is unable to ship to PO boxes)
• Phone (work & home) * must have phone and address for verification & processing
• Email (if applicable) Will be notified of order status and credit /debit card processing receipt/authorization.
• Product type / item (Sweat Pants, Ts, Hooded Sweat, etc.)
• Color, Trim style, and Quantity by size.
• Payment Method and/or prepayment, required for processing.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards; by mail and phone (must have all required info for verification) or via Web site and in person. Other forms of payments include; cashiers check, money order or checking debit card. Personal checks may be accepted, however, order will be not be processed until payment is cleared. Sorry, we can not ship any orders C.O.D.

Shipping

Most in stock orders are shipped within 5 business days via United States Postal Service-Priority Mail, larger orders will only be shipped via UPS (no PO boxes). Overnight and special shipping services are also available at an additional cost, call us for a quote.

Stock Products & Special Orders

Every effort is made to keep our shelves stocked at all times, unfortunately there are circumstances beyond our control that may result in an item being temporarily out of stock and/or back ordered. We will attempt to contact you regarding the status of your order and will ship all in stock items immediately.

Special and/or Custom Orders require additional time and are processed on an individual basis, directly through the home office. Please contact Two Worlds via Phone/Fax 763-755-0707 during regular business hours.

Exchange/Returns/Refund Policy

Please inspect your order immediately. Any claims must be made within 72 hrs upon receipt. All Returns/Exchanges Require Pre Authorization, items must be in original condition and all hangtags must be properly attached. We will not accept; garments with any tags removed, Special/Custom orders, imprinted, altered, worn, washed or Sale items. We will gladly exchange your product due to variations on size, manufacturer’s defects or imperfections. We reserve the right to give merchandise credit upon any discrepancies or when applicable. Refunds/Credits will be made according to original form of payment; less any charges that may apply (shipping, 15% restock, etc.) when product is received, return receipt requested for proof of delivery.
